How we run a project

You get a written estimate within 48 hours of the walkthrough. Once you sign, we pull the permits under our MHIC license and meet the city inspector ourselves, so you never call the permit office or sit on hold. Demo and rough-ins happen first, then inspection, then the room goes back together. If we hit something behind the drywall, you get a change order with a price before we touch it. The final walkthrough is with the same person who quoted the job.

We're based in Southwest Baltimore and do most of our work within about twenty miles: Baltimore City plus Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Howard, Harford, and Carroll counties.
