OK, listen-up because I did a lot of the homework for you. I was looking for someone to install luxury vinyl flooring and painting the walls, ceiling and trim in one of my apartments in Baltimore City. I put up a note to Canton Neighbors on Facebook and got several recommendations, including Monarch Bay Renovations. I called several of the suggested companies for estimates. Here is how it turned out:Estimates: 3 companies came to look at the work. Monarch Bay provided the most clear, detailed and concise estimate…and at a VERY competitive price AND when they said they would. One company said they would get back to me but, after several attempts to reach them, I got nothing. A+ for Monarch Bay. Obviously, I went with Monarch Bay.The Work: I am a real stickler when it comes to paint. I want perfectly straight lines between trim and walls, no drips and good coverage. They knocked it out of the park on the painting. It was PERFECT. The guys were on-time, very respectful of the place and others in the building and completed their work in the time scheduled.The floors were also done perfectly, and this was including a last-minute change on my part that Steve integrated into the project without missing a beat. Again, the guys showed up exactly when they said they would, were very respectful and did outstanding work completed on-time…and this was a TIGHT schedule. Another two A+’s for Monarch Bay.I will be using them for all the interior finish work in my upcoming bakery build-out on Fleet Street (The Little Hungarian Bake Shoppe) and will provide more feedback on that work.

Monarch Bay LLC did a complete renovation of our family's generational home that is over 100 year old. The home was stripped down to the studs and new wiring, plumbing, windows, floors, walls, appliances, porch, rear steps, HVAC installed, tub, sinks, lighting, etc. were installed. Some walls were removed to give a more modern, open-concept. Our family is thrilled with the renovations. The home looks terrific. We were impressed by Stephen Wilson, the Lead Sales Manager, who oversaw the project. He ensured high quality workmanship and added our family's design ideas and paid close attention to the details. If you need work done on your house I highly recommend Steve and his crew. I hired Steve to do exterior work on front/back of my house and his men did great job which took three days from start to finish. Steve is very knowledgeable in his trade and provided the best price and quality of work. You won't be disappointed.

This project was designed and finished better than we could have imagined, and well within the projected budget.
